1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Dentoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at dentoto.cam and all associated services, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the Dentoto platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Dentoto operates as an online betting and casino entertainment platform serving adult users internationally, including players located in Malaysia. The Platform offers sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other international events — as well as live casino games, slots, and number games.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Dentoto platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements and other conditions as specified in the relevant promotion.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real-money funds from a User into their Dentoto Account using a supported payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by Dentoto before permitting withdrawals or upon reasonable request at any time.
• "Platform" means the Dentoto website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds — or any winnings derived therefrom — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Dentoto Account to the User's designated payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Dentoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Dentoto strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, or trusts may not register as users.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Dentoto or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have previously been subject to account closure, self-exclusion, or banning by Dentoto for any reason.
6. You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

Dentoto may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process typically requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals.

Dentoto will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Delays in submitting required documentation may result in delays to withdrawal processing.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Dentoto accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian users and international players. Currently supported methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, and others)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), BNB (BEP20)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Dentoto will not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is clearly displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your Dentoto Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times are approximate: e-wallet methods are typically instant; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically credit within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.

Dentoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may impose transaction charges independently, for which Dentoto bears no responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name. Dentoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of Dentoto's compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Dentoto aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Target processing times by method are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5–15 minutes from approval
• Bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow): 30 minutes to 2 hours from approval
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation, typically 15–60 minutes

Dentoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation of suspicious activity.

Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of those bonus funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Dentoto offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion. The general principles governing all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including placing low-risk offsetting bets, hedging strategies, or coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Dentoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, device, or IP address.

8 Betting Rules & Disputes

All bets placed on Dentoto are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, and game type. These rules are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. It is the User's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any bet.

In sports betting, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or other event anomaly, specific rules as published on the Platform will determine how bets are settled.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems. Game results are final once the round or spin is completed and the outcome is displayed on-screen.

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must submit a dispute via live support within 48 hours of the disputed event result. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Dentoto's decision on all bet settlements is final and binding, subject to manifest error.

Manifest errors — including obvious pricing mistakes or system malfunctions — do not give rise to a valid bet. Dentoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of a manifest error, and any winnings derived from such bets will be reversed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dentoto platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts, or assisting another person to open an account, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other programmatic means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly or in a systematic manner;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to transfer funds for any unlawful purpose;
• Providing false identification or fraudulent documentation during KYC or any other verification process;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Dentoto staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly illegal.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Dentoto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dentoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

Any use of the Dentoto brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by Dentoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on Dentoto, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Dentoto processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, management, and authentication;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements;
• Identity verification and KYC compliance;
• Anti-fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring;
• Responsible gambling monitoring and enforcement;
• Customer support and dispute resolution.

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dentoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Dentoto's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Dentoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Dentoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of material changes, Dentoto will provide reasonable notice to active Users through one or more of the following means: a notice displayed on the Platform upon login, an email notification to the registered account address, or an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the procedures described herein.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dentoto is incorporated and licenced. Dentoto operates under an international gaming licence issued by an offshore regulatory authority.

Dentoto does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including the laws of Malaysia where applicable.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal disputes process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provisions require otherwise.
